NEW MUSIC: Ashanti ~ "All That I Need"

With her last album ''The Declaration'' failing terribly on the charts, Ashanti still isn't done with her comeback this year. In November she is releasing a compilation called ''The Vault'' with new b-sides and old unreleased tracks. Here is a new song off this album called "All That I Need". The track is a slow r&b / soul track, with very little life too it. I really loved ''The Declaration'', and I think she is really wasting her time with this. Enjoy it, though!

NEW MUSIC: Various Artists ~ "Just Stand Up"

If you read this post, you would have known that 15 of the highest-achieving female artists would be recording a song entitled "Just Stand Up" as a charity single for cancer awareness. The song features vocals from Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Ashanti, Keyshia Cole, Ciara, Mary J. Blige, Fergie, Rihanna, Leona Lewis, Natasha Bedingfield, Sheryl Crow, Carrie Underwood, LeAnn Rimes, Melissa Etheridge, and Miley Cyrus, The song is not as great as I had expected, but it is pretty decent. It just sucks because some singers (Fergie, Carrie Underwood), got plenty of verses, while some others (Ashanti, Ciara), only got 1 verse. You can purchase the song for charity starting September 2nd! Enjoy!

HOT STORY: The Greatest Collaboration of the Century!

What would it be like if 15 of the biggest-selling female singers collaborated on a song together. Well the world will find out on September 2nd. That's the day when Mariah Carey, Beyonce, Ashanti, Keyshia Cole, Ciara, Mary J. Blige, Fergie, Rihanna, Leona Lewis, Natasha Bedingfield, Sheryl Crow, Carrie Underwood, LeAnn Rimes, Melissa Etheridge, and Miley Cyrus drop their new single called "Just Stand Up".

All proceeds of this single are set to be donated to the research of cancer. The song will be performed live at the Stand Up to Cancer television special, set to air September 5th on ABC, NBC, and CBS. This song is going to be just amazing, and M&M ~ Music Mania will have it for you when it leaks!

Wow! This was an impressive poll. With a total of 212 votes, this was not bad at all. And I'm very surprised, yet pleased with the winner Tami Chynn for her song "Frozen", one of my favorites this year. It sucks "Body on Me" wasn't that popular since it's a great song. And poor Colby, getting only 12 votes, which was quite a shock. A new poll will be up tomorrow, in the meantime, be sure to spread the word about M&M ~ Music Mania.

VIDEO PREMIERE: Nelly featuring Akon & Ashanti ~ "Body On Me"

Very shortly Nelly will be releasing his long-anticipated album, ''Brass Knuckles''. After 3 failed potential singles, Nelly is still hard at work for his fans trying the best he can. His latest release is a collaboration with Akon and Ashanti called "Body on Me". The song is also on Ashanti's album ''The Declaration'', but she sings more there, and she has totally different lyrics on Nelly's version. This song is still the same perfect summer hip-hop joint. I am really loving this video they put out for it. The whole Las Vegas casino / nightlife theme is just bomb, and all 3 of them are looking bomb here. I hope this gives them all another #1 single! VIDEO PREMIERE: Ashanti ~ "Good Good"

Last month, r&b singer Ashanti released her 4th album, ''The Declaration''. Her first single "The Way That I Love U" was not the hit it deserved to be. Ashanti is now going to release the song "Good Good" as her 2nd single off the album. The song is a mellow, yet upbeat pop track. I don't really like it, but the video is something else. She kinda looks like Beyonce here, but in a good way. It's really cutesy and even though kinda childish, it fits her very well. This definitely won't be a hit, but you never know what people are listening to these days! Enjoy!

Last week, R&B songstress, Ashanti, released her 4th studio album, ''The Declaration''. The album has amazing, good, and very bad tracks on it. Her next single "Body on Me" with Nelly and Akon will impact radio later this month, and for the time being here is a brand new bonus track from the iTUNES version of the disc. The song is called "Why" and I gotta say this is one of my favorite r&b love ballads of all time! The song is a very quick grower, and this should have definitely been on the album. Enjoy it!!

Exactly one month ago a brand new song by Akon and Nelly leaked called "Body on Me". Turns out, that song was just a demo and the final version was set to use vocals from Ashanti, and to be on her on her latest album ''The Declaration''. This new 'version' of "Body on Me" is way better than the demo version and features a more r&b feel to it, though it is still a really great summer song. So now I doubt this song will be on Nelly's upcoming ''Brass Knuckles'', but that's ok. Enjoy this hot track!!

Ashanti ~ The Way That I Love U (Video Premiere)

Haha! After waiting for such a while the video for "The Way That I Loved U", has been released! I absolutely love this track right now, and it may just be my favorite at the moment. The video is very interesting, and features like 'home-video' clips and stuff, probably about an ex of hers. She is just gorgeous in this video, and this just may be her big comeback! Her new album, ''The Declaration''. The video was actually supposed to be released on the 28th of this month but it leaked, way earlier! The track is a bit different than on the single version, but I still love it! Enjoy the video!

Wow! That's the one word to explain this new track from Ashanti called "The Way That I Love U". This song is absolutely incredible. It is as good as her hit 2004 single "Only U" and four years later she's doin it again! The song is very nice ad much much better than its predecessor, "Hey Baby (After the Club)". It going to be featured on the album ''The Declaration'' out later this year! If she keeps it up like this the album will hit platinum in no time!
