Former Disney star Hilary Duff, has established herself as a true pop singer these past years. After hit albums like ''Dignity'', Hilary is planning on releasing a new compilation album called ''The Best of Hilary Duff'' in November. The album will be containing her old hit singles and 2 new tracks including this song, "Reach Out". The song is a great addictive, electropop song with a bit of a rock feel to it.
